Shea

is a seasoned trial attorney and proud Hampton Roads native with over a decade of legal experience. Shea earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree from a small, practice-focused law school in Charlotte, North Carolina. She also holds graduate-level certifications from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, Rutgers University, and Stanford University School of Business. Her academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Norfolk State University.

A former prosecutor, Shea managed a team of attorneys and support staff while simultaneously managing a case load to include varying criminal offenses including some of the most serious crimes in the city, namely multiple counts of first-degree murder. As the founder and managing attorney of Nazareth Innovative Law PLC, Shea leads a practice focused on intellectual property, business law, personal injury, criminal litigation, and civil litigation. Her firm delivers innovative, result-driven solutions tailored to meet the evolving needs of individuals and businesses alike.
